A University of Michigan Business School graduate with dual degrees in Finance and Marketing, Tiga moved to Manhattan after college. Following a stint in finance at Citibank, he saw real estate as his true calling. Five years later he became a full-time NYC investor and landlord, working for himself without a paycheck or safety net.
